These terms

By using https://freddieramon.com you agree to these terms. They govern this website. The specific terms of any design engagement are set out in the written proposal and contract we sign with you, which takes precedence over anything on this page.

Consultations

The initial consultation is free and carries no obligation on either side. Nothing discussed in a consultation constitutes a binding engagement until a written proposal is signed.

Revisions

Design engagements include three rounds of revisions as standard. Additional revision rounds beyond those three are available at a fixed cost, quoted before any further work begins.

Cancellation

You may cancel a project at any time. The initial payment is reserved against this possibility and is not refundable, as it covers work already performed. Any amounts billed beyond work completed at the point of cancellation will be returned.

Timelines

Interior projects typically run two to four months, though this varies with scope, permitting, and material lead times. Any timeline we give is a good-faith estimate, not a guarantee, and we will tell you promptly if it changes.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — including photography of our completed projects, drawings, text, and the Freddie Ramon name and marks — belongs to Freddie Ramon Design and may not be reproduced without our written permission. Design documents we produce for you remain our intellectual property; you receive the right to use them for your project.

Project photography

We may photograph completed work for our portfolio. If you would prefer your project not appear in our marketing, tell us and we will honour that.

This website

We work to keep this site accurate but make no warranty that it is error-free or uninterrupted. Content here is for information only and does not constitute a quote, an offer, or professional advice for your specific property.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
